I’ve been using prestige spine for a couple years and everything started off great but now it’s terrible. They changed billing companies a little while back and it was a nightmare getting Information, billing payments submitted to insurance, or help with billing. It took 9 months to straighten out my bills and for them to get the right information submitted to insurance. They can’t see what billing needs or has in process in the office. This physician will spend 5 minutes with you and then act like you are stupid. He doesn't listen to his patients, doesn't care that they have individual lives, stories, injuries and such. If you are shopping for a new doctor for your pain or your back, don't waste your time or money. Dr Judkins will make you feel as though you are wasting HIS time yet not even lay a finger on you, no examination, doesn't look at a study- he knows it all. Judkins acted like I was wasting his time. He talked to me as tho I had no clue of what I was talking about and the only reason I was in pain was because I am a senior. He dismissed 90% of what I said and laughed at my questions. I do not trust him to do anything to my back. I left his office in severe depression
Dr.Judkins after 2 years of seeing him just decided one day because I was late for an appt by 15 minutes moved me to his nurse practitioner .I had never met her and she was unfamiliar with my condition .She was condescending and less than interested in me .Drug screened me and said I had nothing in my system not even my non controlled medications I challenged her regarding the lab it was sent to .And she and he terminated me as a pt after two years of being a pt .But while he was branching out on his own away from Conway reg... read more
