I have not had to wait to in the waiting room or examination room more than a few minutes. Dr. Ortiz really listens to my needs. He discusses my care in depth. He follows up via the app. He has never rushed me out of his office.
It may take a while for an initial appointment but once you’re established, Dr. Ortiz will take good care of you and listen to your needs.
I’m a fairly new patient and really liked my old primary, so I wasn’t sure about Dr. Ortiz at first. However, it’s turned out really good and now I’m very happy with him!
Worst customer service for a doctors office I’ve ever received, and that’s saying something. Showed up for my 8am appointment today to find that they had canceled the appointment because the doctor had other things to do today. They never called, in fact, they texted me yesterday to verify I would be there. They then offered me an appointment two months away.
