Coming from seeing only miltary doctors for a long time, I was scared to start seeing a new doctor off post, To my surprise I really liked DR. Ortiz he took the time to go through my whole medical history to get me back to where I needed to be in my health, I feel relief my new doctor is very good, he didn’t rush the appointment either, it was a nice visit. Recently, I visited the updated BSW Hutto Clinic. The extra staff and additional diagnostic services are a great addition to the clinic. For over 10 years, I have used the Hutto BSW clinic for my primary care. I am always impressed with the high level care by the doctor's, nurses and support staff. Dr.Ortiz is my primary care provider. He is a great listener. Also, he allows me to ask questions and provides an easy to understand response. I have not had to wait to in the waiting room or examination room more than a few minutes. Dr. Ortiz really listens to my needs. He discusses my care in depth. He follows up via the app. He has never rushed me out of his office.
It may take a while for an initial appointment but once you’re established, Dr. Ortiz will take good care of you and listen to your needs.
