This Dr is the kindest most professional Dr in the world! He outshines all the rest!
Dr Cartledge is AMAZING! 3.5 years ago i could barely wall up and down stairs due to the pain in my right knee. After a few tests he suggested 4 gel shots and i have been pain free for over 3 years! Thank you Dr Cartledge!

I met Dr. Cartledge for the first time after being told that my regular Dr. was no longer with the practice. I was very impressed with him. He knew all about my problem. I made another appointment with him for a procedure that went very well. He explained everything to me. I recommend this Dr. highly.

I had a talk with one of the office managers and Dr. Cartledge several months ago. I can honestly say that things seem o have improved a great deal. I love the doctor and really didn't want to find another one.
I love Dr. Cartledge, but dealing with his office is a complete nightmare. They never answer their phones and do not return calls left on the voice mail. I have had to personally go to the office to speak with someone. Once I asked a gentleman on a Tuesday why I didn't get a call back when I left messages on Thursday and Friday? He said they had not picked up their calls yet. Not acceptable! They are now affiliated with a new group that sometimes answers calls remotely. I'd leave zero but that is not an option. First appointment, arrived half hour early to fill out paperwork, after one hour plus, still was not seen. Had to leave to go to wok. Rescheduled for 8/30 at 4;30 PM. Receptionist (Evelyn wrote on card), arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived at 4:11 PM, clearly more than 15 minutes early and was told they canceled my appointment because I was not there at 4. Explain please??? The they do not answer the phone. I went for a consolation and then an steroid/lidocaine injection for pain in my left hip which didn't help and then I went for an epidural a week ago. My pain is still severe and I have left 3 messages for a call back and have not received it. I am so disappointed not having any relief or a response from the office.
