Dr Frank is straight forward. Very concerned about my symptoms and comparing them to tests to make a decision on next moves
I am fortunate that my breast cancer was caught early, treated with a lumpectomy, and now Is part of post op protocol. I have seen Dr. Frank twice and he was very responsive both times. He listened well, responded very well, and explained the continuing process very clearly. Pleasant doctor and I never felt rushed by him.
Dr. Frank always listens and includes me in decisions about my care. He never rushes me and always makes sure my questions are answered.
Dr Frank is a good listener & answered my questions/concerns. Most importantly he told me how to proceed with my problem. Very professional.

Dr. Frank provided professional and patient centered care by explaining the blood work, thoughts on the imaging that resulted in the consult, and answered each question or concern. When I left, I felt that Dr. Frank truly cares about his patients and wants them to feel confident in the care provided.
Although the wait time was long, Dr Frank was worth the wait. He was fully present the whole time, explaining everything in detail, answering all my questions and concerns, and doing everything possible to speed up my next treatment processes.
