The office was clean and the staff was pleasant. My initial visit with the PCP. Dr. Daniel J. Vergara was Pleasant. He came in with a warm smile an introduced himself . He then preceded to asked me questions concerning my health. He given me ample time to converse with him. He listened attentively and given me his medical advice. The end of the visit, I was informed of an F/U appt. I would recommend Dr Vergara, based off of my initial visit. 😊
After abnormal labs I should have been able to get a referral to endocrinologist who specializes in this matter however after numerous requests I have received nothing not even a response in questions regarding getting that referral. I have now had a biopsy to furthermore show I need a specialist in this matter. If the doctor had the same symptoms I have I’m sure he would appreciate someone with a little more urgency than he has shown me.
Dr. Vergara is exceptional. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to listen to concerns without making you feel rushed. He thoroughly explains diagnoses and treatment options, encourages questions, and ensures you understand your care plan. I especially appreciate his proactive approach to finding solutions and providing comprehensive care for my family member. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a primary care physician who is both skilled and genuinely invested in their patients’ well-being.
