I don't know about this other review, but I would not go to any other dentist. I have been a patient here for over 10 years, and have never been quoted wrong and have never heard any of the staffbe anything but super friendly and helpful...especially Pam. The entire staff is very courtious and accomidating, and Dr. Petrocella is gentle. I would recemend going to this office to anyone.
Good Dental Service but Horrible front office service. The quality of cleaning by Carol was great. The quality of service from front office staff wasn't. The office manager Pam quoted me one price and gave me another when I came in. She told me this was the price if I didn't have insurance. I told her she didn't tell me t his at all. She basically said tough and I would have to deal with the price. The words didn't come out of her mouth however it was implied. I really frown on this type of service.
