He is an excellent surgeon. I have been seeing him for many years. He has helped me on numerous occasions.
My wife fell and needed an emergency hip replacement. There are two methods doctors use, front or back, thankfully dr Costa uses the front which has better outcomes. The replacement surgery was perfect without any problems and my wife was walking within a day of the surgery. The follow-up staff was informative and did regular follow-up visits to make sure everything was going well

I sought out Dr. Mulholland because for knee pain and instability. He evaluated the cause of pain after reviewing his ordered x-rays and physical knee exam. I suspected arthritis and was concerned I might need knee surgery. My concern was put to rest and at this time all I need is physical therapy. I am happy for Dr. Mulholland's conservative plan which puts much of the remedy on good old fashioned patient effort.
Serendipity brought me to Dr. Costa's office. I feel so fortunate to have been operated on by him. He is such a skilled surgeon. I feel safe with him and feel that he strives for excellence.
Dr. Costa gave no consideration for our elderly father's safety and was down right rude. He wouldn't approve overnight rehab center after a knee replacement when we (and our father) expressed serious concerns for his safety. He lives by himself with no one near by and has stairs at his home. The paperwork he provided stated that 24/7 supervision was required for at least 3 days, multiple daily checkins for a week and controlled painkillers for longer. Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to meet with this doctor because of the staff member Margaret who honestly gives very bad impression of this practice.She was very talkative, asking for a Christmas present for scheduling an appointment, dishonest,didn’t want to do her job and behaved very shady instead of verifying our insurance info.I hope doctors will see my review and correct this situation.Its an embarrassment to have unprofessional person like her in the office and to deal with patients.I had a feeling like someone... read more
Went for my Cortez one shot and it was decided I need surgery to my right knee.
Dr. Costa is the best he did my hip and knee replacement no more pain great docter the staff is also great
