I sought out Dr. Mulholland because for knee pain and instability. He evaluated the cause of pain after reviewing his ordered x-rays and physical knee exam. I suspected arthritis and was concerned I might need knee surgery. My concern was put to rest and at this time all I need is physical therapy. I am happy for Dr. Mulholland's conservative plan which puts much of the remedy on good old fashioned patient effort.
His bedside manner can be a bit off-putting but he did a marvelous job on my torn meniscus and I hope he can do my knee replacements someday in the future.
Myself, husband, both college & HS athlete sons have been treated by Dr Mulholland for multiple knee & shoulder injuries plus he operated on my knee and I'm doing well. We think he's a great Dr & have the utmost confidence in his medical capabilities. He spends ample time on each visit & provides detailed answers to our questions. I have no problem scheduling appts & when we we've had sport injuries they schedule us immediately. Highly recommend him, especially to athletes.
I have total confidence in Dr. Mullholland. He has operated on my son more than once and also on my knee. All three times the outcome was excellent. I would highly recommend him.
I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. I left holding in tears solely because of him. He was absurdly condescending and nasty towards me. I had questions at the end of my (very abrupt) visit, and before I could even finish a sentence he cut me off to go off on a tangent about what he thought I was going to ask. He then proceeded to only speak to my boyfriend ABOUT me rather than TO me. He left without as much as another word and slammed the door. I was appalled and humiliated.
