We added a sunroom to the back of our house in 2016. We live in a community with an HOA. We hired Dan as our engineer. He was a good listener and heard our requests. He answered his phone when we called him about an issue and always came over promptly. He handled everything from start to finish. We are thrilled with the results. Dan was great to work with.
There is not a better guy on the planet. We major fire- house suffered sever smoke damage. Dan took over every aspect of the repairs and remodel- I did nothing...My house is beautiful and unlike other contractors there was an end of project punch-list, all items were addressed and the job was done from burnt house to complete remodel including kitchen, plumbing, drywall, electrical, attic work= 3.5 months and its perfect, perfect and then perfect.
