Did nothing for my back or to facilitate recovery from being grabbed by a conveyor belt at work. prolonged care for 3 months never requesting imaging like I asked for. Discharged me from his care after telling me he needed to refer me to another specialist. The falsities he wrote down for my presentations have made it impossible to get further care. Herniated disc was untreated the whole time I was in his care. I had to attend my childhood PCP to receive a referral to a spine specialist. Still to this day I am unable to work... read more
Waited in the room for almost 40 minutes without someone coming in to say why!!!!!!! Also told they would call me back the next day, that was Monday now it's Saturday 🙄
