Couldn’t agree more with the last review. He was in and out in 10minutes. He said “people think their homes are worth more than they are”. He didn’t take the time to look at our home.

Great company, no BS when it comes to questions and concerns. They will tell you how it is because of the experience the company has acquired over the past 20 years. They are not there to sell you, they told me the facts and I truly appreciated it. It really opened my eyes to what my house was truly worth and what could be done to raise the value of my next house.

Absolutely awful. DO NOT, hire this incompetent business. Appraiser came and was in and out in a few minutes. Never stepped foot into rooms, never measured addition etc...we counted 9 mistakes on our report!!! Things like composite decking when we have wood, drywall when we have wood paneling and plaster, no trash compactor or kitchen vent when we do have those, no fence when our yard is fenced in etc etc...%100 incompetent appraisal and company. No receipt on payment. Asked for cash. I could go on and on. Awful experience.
