I'm taking away 1 star for Christina office manager. She berated my 89-yr old mother when she tried to cancel an apt (2 days in advance), My mother was just going to reschedule to following week. She had her so shook up that I called right after to see what exactly happened and I got the same. She actually argued with me like a child, very unprofessional. I will go back because Dr Howard and Erica are Great, my advice don't speak to Christina or ever try to cancel an apt.
