Great location, helpful staff, aging building I've lived here for 15 years. The location can't be beat. Walgreens and CVS across the street, public library down the block, and two strip malls in easy walking distance - including a good grocery store. The office staff are friendly and do their best to maintain a good experience for tenants. I have a gorgeous view of the West side. The building has some technical problems.
