By far the best Primary Doctor I have ever encountered, I am so extremely grateful for his compassion and expertise, when I don't see him, his NP's are always on point when it comes to what is going on with me, I've seen Hannah, Ippolito and they have always addressed my health issues with proper diagnoses. Dr. Flaherty is an excellent family care physician taking care of me quite well with several chronic medical conditions with the latest peer reviewed protocals. His care is effective and reassuring.
Beware of this office. My father is a patient of Dr. Flaherty and when I could not get in touch with my dad to check on him, I called the doctor's office to see if they knew anything. I am health care proxy. His office told me they looked in his chart and saw a routine appointment from the day before with everything fine. He was, in fact, in the hospital after a car accident two days prior! Do not trust this practice with your loved ones.
I’ve been a patient for many years and have always been treated well and kindly. I drive 30 miles to Irondequoit and it’s well worth it.
DO NOT GO HERE-MEAN MEAN DOCTORS, LOSE RECORDS, AND THEY BILL FALSELY-KEEP TRACT OF YOUR PAYMENTS!!!!
This office has gone downhill in the past couple of years. Originally the staff was great! Everyone from the secretary to the PA were on point. Even after 4 years as a patient I have never even seen Dr. Flaherty. Within my last couple visits there has been an issue every time. I've called to make an appointment, only to show up and find out it was never even scheduled. Taking 36 hours to send a prescription to the pharmacy, for a 24hr flu. I feel like cattle here getting rushed in and out.
By far the worst doctors office ever. Rude staff who barely EVER knows what they're doing. Good luck ever getting to see your doctor too. they'll most likely stick you with the HORRIBLE nurse practitioner, Anne Marie I believe, for the next 3 years. Whom will then treat you like a waste of huer time as if she doesn't care at all. Having my own medical office background, this office is a complete joke. Waiting in such a small office for over an hour is comical.
Dr. Flaherty is a wonderful physician providing competent, compassionate care. I had a serious health crisis and Dr. Flaherty was able to manage and guide my care so expertly, that I have minimal residual effects today. I have complete trust in him.
He is my primary are giver.
