The dentists themselves are great. The office staff on the other hand not so much. I have been waiting since March for a single tooth partial. I provided them with the estimate from.my insurance company and all I get are excuses and snotty comments when I ask what the hold up is. Tine to find a new dentist.
Great family practice been going for years. If I have an emergency they are always here to help.
I have been dealing with this office and their billing staff since June 2019 for a bill from 2018. Although my insurance company has called them multiple times since June their billing rep refuses to acknowledge that the in network amount paid should be the end of the bill, they still keep calling me.
