RecommendedSuperb customer service! Super dog friendly. Plenty of trails and woods to give your dog exercise. Any R&M issue they are on it fast and get the job done with expertise. Most importantly the neighbors are nice that's half the game. That means the staff in the office are doing a solid job.

We went. DIV on Friday to tour but was given the wrong layout. We asked for a specific layout and he told us he has to check if its available and will call us the same day for an afternoon tour. We left dissapointed and to make matters worst, he never called us back. Emails sent last week and this week was never answered. We had a tour today that had to be changed to a virtual tour. Lived here 5 years and I have never felt more taken care of and spoiled. Any issue was always taken care of and the people who work here are very reasonable. I hope it doesn't change too much for future residents. I love the pool, most beautiful apartment complex pool out there! I already miss this place.
My parents just moved to DIV and the staff could not have been more helpful during the transition! They were so attentive and kind. Love that there is an Apartment Life team that hosts monthly events to keep them busy and get to know their neighbors! Great place all around!

beautiful, quiet, peaceful.
The previous property manager was more efficent with handling the property. The new manager is very short with her response to concerns, pushy, and rude. I would rather tolerate all of the issues I have, than deal with her.
