I’ve tried to like this place because of the location convenience, but I absolutely cannot recommend. They have frequently required me to get second opinions elsewhere, because their protocols did not work. Their techs have frequently been condescending & unfriendly & uninformed. They would call back after I had questions and had no history of the situation or how to proceed. Much better, more affordable vets elsewhere.

Finding a vet can be scary if you don’t have any personal recommendations or knowledge of the area and options. I ended up here based on a general search and hoped for the best, which I feel I got! The scheduling was easy and quick, the front desk staff was kind and helpful with my questions and got my pet history seamlessly from my prior vet. I’ve been bringing my dog Bear in for his whole life and he’s had no problems, and we received great care and customer service. Will be continuing to bring my Corgi, Bear, into DIAH for the rest of time. Thank you y’all!!!

I brought my dog in to have his blood pressure checked and have some blood drawn. They took him to the back without me and then came back out in a few minutes and said they could not draw blood unless I sedated my dog. This is a geriatric long haired chihuahua. We have been taking this dog here for years and they have taken blood from him several times. They took him into the back with a bunch of barking dogs and away from his owner, I bet he was very nervous and uncooperative. I had to drive 40 minutes each way for this poo... read more
