Reasonable prices for rent
I wouldn't recommend anyone rent from them. I had a horrible experience the whole time I rented from them. Couldn't get them to fix the a/c unit for months and had to endure the summer heat and the building was infested with roaches. They also will put false fees/ charges on your credit without any notice of money owed.
I am only giving one star because you have to in order to leave a review. My experience went well. I never had any issues while I was renting. After I turned in my 30 Day notice because my family purchased a home, everything still seemed ok. Even after turning in my keys Tiffany said everything looked well. Now 4 years later I get a call from a creditor stating I owe over $3000 for termination of lease, not giving notice and also for repairs.
