Avoid Dan as your adoption attorney. While he and his competent assistant effectively managed costs for our adoption, significant issues cannot be overlooked. Despite clearly expressing our aversion to risk, Dan pushed us to accept a precarious placement. I have worked with Dan for over 6 years on adoption cases in Phoenix. We were able to work collaboratively to resolve a significant issue in an adoption that allowed the adoption plan to move forward. Dan thinks outside the box which is important as every adoption has a unique set of circumstances that have to be resolved to ensure that the adoption plan can be completed. I highly recommend Dan.

Dan is the best! He handled my adoption over 5 years ago now. But I still remember him and my experience working with him was phenomenal. He's a great person and amazing lawyer too! I am extremely pleased with Attorney Dan Ziskin! He handled our step-parent adoption two years ago. He made it easy to understand and the process was seamless. He is also going to be handling our gestational carrier/adoption process again and I would not even think about going to anyone else.
