Our son and my husband first talked with Dr Ro. I was not in shape to hold discussions. But I did have a great conversation with him in Feb and again in June. He was very responsive and open to questions I have quickly moved forward in walking, talking and eating. I am very happy with his service.
Dr. Ro spends plenty of time with us explaining things clearly. He's very trustworthy. He's also a great listener and we always leave his office confident that we know the plan ahead.
Dr. Ro did my hospitalization follow-up online as I live several hours away. I really liked his personality and he made everything easy to understand. I felt confident he was knowledgeable about my test results and my situation and he answered all the questions my husband and I had.
Dr. Ro was very attentive and conscientious, and his genuine warmth and concern for my medical needs were reassuring and appreciated.
