I am very happy with this medical group. I have been coming here for 19 years and counting.I really love this group and my blood work is done in the same building, huge plus.
Watch out for excessive charges! I set up an appointment for my son to get a vaccine. They made him see a doctor, didn't give him the shot and charged him for a full office visit! Scrutinize the charges very carefully if you visit this place. I'm definitely never going here again - we used to be patients for a long time but no more.
Good doc. Doesn't just want to give meds.
Dr. Eena Duggal is the most kind and thorough physician that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She always listens without interrupting and she lets you take as much time as you need to explain your situation. If only there were more doctors like her, this world would be a better place. If you are looking for the best experience in the Pleasanton area, give Dr. Duggal's office a call. I am blessed to have her as my primary care physician.
I've been seeing Dr.Griffith on and off for the last 10 years. Have also seen other misc. doctors when Griffith was not available. Generally I would rate their services average. I've always had good experience w/ Griffith. I'm kind of neutral on other doctors I've seen previously. The office wait tends to be on the long side as it's ussually taken me 15 - 20 mins. to get walked in. Front desk service is either good, average or marginal depending on who you get to speak with. Overall, I rank this place average.
I have been a patient for the last 7 years and I was never pleased with their service. Scheduling an appointment is cumbersome, and I���ve never had an appt start on time. There is generally a 30-45 minute wait between your scheduled appointment time and when you actually go beyond the waiting room. I���ve seen Dr. Chua, Dr. Morishima and Dr. Griffith, all of which spend as little time possible with you and shuffle you in and out quickly. The last straw was my yearly physical.
