Dr needs all your info before you even see him. The office is in a little plaza and doesn't look professional at all. Front desk girl was aloof acting. This Dr got all my personal medical records and Information & then denied to see me. Judged me purely on my records, ( BS another provider wrote all over my records after she dismissed me because I wouldn't them force me into injections that I have had repeatedly done for 18yrs with no relief).
