Went to this office looking for a pain management doctor. I was told I needed my medical records faxed to them and filled out a medical records release form. Was going to Doc Bender for 15 years. Went in to office on the day my appointment card said I had an appointment and they told me I'm not a patient there anymore. That they sent a discharge letter to my house. They never did. It took me a week to find a new doctor. I was in crisis mode and they didn't care about me. But through the years, I was led to believe they did. Sad story. I heard it's happen to other patients there now too. Good luck

Dr Bender is one quack in my experience. He doesn’t let you finish talking and he jumps to conclusions. I brought in an mri- with my wife standing next to me. He”looked “ at the mri, and even my wife commented Bender can’t read an mri. He actually looked at the ceiling. One time, after Bender returned from a meeting with his divorce lawyer and his soon to be ex-wife, he was doing injections into my spine. He ACTUALLY put the needle into my right shoulder socket.
