Dr. Hoopes is great! He took time to listen to me and my concerns. He is very knowledgeable and I really appreciate the care I received from the rest of his staff. Shoutout to his medical assistant Madi as well for being so kind and helpful.
I just received a $478 dollar bill for my 10 minute appointment. I was underwhelmed with my care I received, I felt like I just got peddled some papers to follow and some links to a website for pt. I was pushed to get X-rays even though I brought X-rays that were 2 weeks old because "he prefers a different angle" You're absolutely scamming people.
Dr Hoopes PA came in and got my questions written down but had no answers and said Dr Hoopes would be in after him to see me. An hour after my appointment time a lady came in and asked if I was still waiting to see someone. I said I was waiting for Dr. Hoopes. She said he was seeing 3 other people at the moment and said I was going to see the PA instead probably. I said I already had seen him and that he said I would see Dr. Hoopes next.
