In my experience, Dr. Hollander sees patients as secondary to his significant ego barrier, and is quick to become aggressive and demeaning when questioned. His approach creates a distressing and judgmental environment which is the opposite of a safe therapeutic space for his patients. I was so shocked by his rude attitude that I had to remind myself that I was the one paying for the service ($1,500 evaluation) and that I was not being interrogated for doing something wrong.
