I had to wait awhile for my appointment but it was worth it. Dr Hilton was so nice. He listened to what I had to say and then he did his test then sat down and said let’s do a plan. His office staff is wonderful. They follow up and vey nice to speak with. So glad I found this office
Dr. Hilton and the entire team at Advanced ENT were wonderful. The office staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I had a hearing test during my visit, and the technician who performed it was very kind, patient, and professional, which made the process easy and comfortable. Dr. Hilton took the time to really listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He has an excellent bedside manner and made me feel heard and well taken care of. Excellent appointment with Dr. Hilton. He explains everything with care and concern and I never felt rushed at all through my first appointment. The staff is wonderful and kind also. Excited to get my sinus issues taken care of!
Dr. Hilton, Jill (the audiologist), and his staff are excellent in what they do. Everyone was professional and treated me with respect. Dr. Hilton was extremely kind, easy to talk to, and very through. The only drawback was the time it took to see him as a new patient. I had to book 8 MONTHS in advance, and during that time, had to drive almost 5 hrs to see my old ENT in Phoenix. Once I saw him though, I could understand why he was so popular.
