I would be highly suspect in employing the services of Daniel Harvey. I hired him to sell my property in central Florida and was absolutely bewildered by his lack of performance. He has no business acumen. I cannot imagine him being the person to negotiate a transaction of any form. As it relates to his lack of ability to communicate properly, he never calls. He just text messages or emails. It’s been hilarious. Just trying to fire him because he never communicates.
Mr. Harvey provided excellent service and support throughout the entire process from initial meeting and discussion of property and listing for sale, thru to closing. Mr. Harvey was always very prompt in responding to any questions and concerns and constantly kept me informed of what was happening and providing a heads up when I needed to do something to keep the process of selling the house moving along quickly and efficiently.
