On my recent visit the desk clerk welcomed me with a warm smile & made eye contact . I immediately felt relaxed. Dr Hartman was pleasant & attentive as always. He listened to everything I had to say & his questions reassured me he was familiar with my file. His responses were thoughtful, addressed my concerns and were specific to me as an individual.
