I do recommend bc I am a unrepresented buyer and he understood the assignment for his sellers and that was to get the house sold more than patting colleagues backs which I keep running into. I’m a qualified buyer that other realtors would not show their clients house unless I had a realtor. He answers his calls personally, he’s very professional, polite, kind, upfront.
