Best attorney ever!!! I was unfortunate enough to be part of Family Court for the past 16 years with my ex husband and my son who will soon be 18. But, was fortunate enough to have Dan Glasser by my side as my attorney. He is experienced, thorough, and very smart. If you are fortunate enough to be able to retain him I would absolutely recommend him. Our case was brutal and my ex loves to litigate so it’s been a long 16 years, I don’t know how I would’ve survived it all without Dan Glasser.
Dan Glasser is a ruthless and atrocious lawyer who seemingly (to me) does not consider the effects on a child in custody litigation. Some people like ruthless and atrocious - if so he is your man. I admire his intellect (his accounting background is valuable), and ability to act (thus 2 stars and not 1 star). But in the end, the ones that suffer are kids...and he (and probably his firm) do not consider the pain caused to kids in my personal opinion. If you care about your kids steer clear. Dan Glasser isn't a good lawyer. I do NOT recommend him. He wasn't prepared for the trial. He yells at his own clients during the trial in front of everyone. He is very arrogant and thus isn't very effective lawyer. When you first talk to him, he presents himself as a very good lawyer but very soon you'll realize that it's just a show and in reality he isn't good.
We got an appointment with Mr. Glasser one week after I called. He was very thorough and told us what to expect as well as how we were going proceed. He took down all the information about the case and told us the cost of his retainer. Once he received the retainer, he got right on the case and everything was filed at courts within a week. He take such good care of their clients.
