Unprofessional. Prescribed me a medication weeks ago. Pharmacy required preauthorization. The pharmacy and I have made severals calls and left several messages regarding and still no callback. Unbelievable in this day and age. I will NOT be going back. P.S. a friend of mine needs a podiatrist too. Asked how he was...she WON'T be seeing him either.
Horrible all they wanted was my $50 co pay they prescribed me something that my insurance didn’t cover then tried to prescribe me an over the counter cream that I already told them doesn’t work the receptionist was rude when I called and asked her to tell Girardi to call my insurance because I spoke to my insurance and my insurance company told me that if he calls they will approve it and she either didn’t relay the message or he didn’t call that is very unprofessional not happy feel like all they cared about was my $50 copa... read more
