Was given a text message that my eye wear was ready for pickup and it wasn't my glasses but lenses for a pair that I'm replacing both should have came at the time since my glasses were put into the system and before the lenses were even dealt with. You need to adjust your automated text to reflect the correct order.
Terrible Expierence. Went into pick up glasses was told I have to wait till 930am when thatbdepartmwnt gets in. I told the lady I will go outside to wait. Walked in 930 that departmwnt was there, asked the ladies upfront why they could not help me. The young spanish lady who always has attitude or acts like ahe is better then the patients blantley lied and said i went back outside. Hands down, Dr. Geary is the best optometrist in this area!!! My husband needed some complicated eye exams and lenses. Dr. Geary's level of knowledge and professionalism is unsurpassed. The glasses are perfect! Dr. Geary even recommended a specialist to us. If you are looking for a superb optometrist, you have found him!!!
