Daniel was super awesome to work with! Unfortunately we found a house through a family friend so we didn’t need his services but he was still super helpful & understanding up until then! If we ever buy another house in the future, Daniel will definitely be the first person we go to!! I will be recommending him to everyone:)

Dan helped us purchase our first home. He was very upfront with guiding us through the process— the more information I have, the better I feel. He is very timely with responses and he will find an answer to any question you have, He has great attention to detail and he helped us with a negotiation plan and ultimately we beat out other offers without exceeding our budget. Would recommend him and use him to sell or buy our next home.
