We had a terrible experience working with the sellers’ agents, Jeff and Helen. There was virtually no communication. Our broker reached out multiple times a day for nearly two weeks with no response. Only picked up the phone when they pretended to be another agent interested in the property. We had a terrible experience dealing with listing agents from this company. Huailing (Helen) Deng and Qing (Jeff) Lu were highly unprofessional and sneaky. While everything was settled on the buyers end (deposit down and contract signed), these agents and the seller were working on another deal the entire time unknowingly to us. To add, Helen also hung up multiple times on other agents and was incredibly rude. Realty is a very high touch profession and these individuals are obviously not qualified to be in this space.
