Dr. Callahan is very knowledgeable and professional smart doctor, he explained that because of my structure of my mouth opening to throat is very small or narrow, that’s causing my apnea issue, no other sleeping doctor had told me that! On top of that Dr. Callahan is a very caring and nice doctor to spend time with patients
Showed up for my appointment today scheduled for 230 was told that the appointment was not 230. It was 145 and therefore they couldn’t see me today. I booked it based on the text message that they had sent me which automatically loaded it onto my calendar, but that’s not their problem. According to the receptionist they’re happy to reschedule me for the end of the month after it took me several weeks to get this appointment not the kind of Customer Service I would expect very disappointing
Dr. Callahan is unable to recognize his scope of practice and when someone needs to be referred to a critical care pulmonologist. He allowed me to have pneumonia for THREE YEARS. He also insistently asked if I was a smoker because in his mind, that's the ONLY reason I could be so sick. Blasphemous. I was a young woman runningv3 miles a day that was experiencing rapidly decreasing oxygen levels despite my cries for help.
