My husband went in for eye surgery at UNC Chapel Hill with Dr Daniel Rubinstein. He and his team failed to investigate post surgical concerns properly which resulted in permanent blindness in one eye. Despite multiple attempts to address this through appropriate channels, the hospital has refused to take responsibility. We feel abandoned and betrayed. I want others to be aware of our experience before choosing this facility or this team
