We had a whole electrical grid in our home suddenly go out on a Friday afternoon...of a big concert and many local graduations. I was afraid we would not get anyone to come out. Daniel answered right away and was able to get to us same day. He was very knowledgeable and detailed in tracing back our issue. He was able to restore our power same day and made recommendations to prevent this happening again.
