Very respectful, great service n good insurance price.
The people are very helpful and have extensive knowledge about insurance. However, the customer’s internet platform is terrible. Ultimately, I have to call one of the agents to get even basic information. Like most insurance policies, they are unreadable and the prices go up by a large percentage every year without the agent discussing options with the customer. If you’re on autopay, you are stuck.
