I received a cease-and-desist letter from this firm demanding silence where I believe I told the truth. Rather than being intimidated, it reinforced my view of how they operate. They can try but I won't be bullied or silenced. In my personal opinion, their communication style relies more on threats than evidence. I do not recommend them based on my experience. I was very disappointed with the handling of this situation by Daniel E. Witte. In my view, it reflected poor judgment and an effort to intimidate.

Dan is an absolute pitbull of an attorney. He is competent, works efficiently and gets the job done. I am blessed to have him on my team. Highly recommend!
Dan is a great attorney who knows how to navigate some of the toughest of cases. He was able to win a couple very tough cases for me. He went up against some very high powered attorneys and came out victorious. If you want someone that knows the law and is willing to research for your behalf I would highly recommend Dan.
