Office always responds with calls and provides immediate appointments in case of an urgent situation.
Explained my situation very well. Answered all my questions.
He listens to what the patient is saying and tries to have a response for it. I'm pleased with that and also his demeanor is very nice, and you don't have to wait a long time before you get to see him. That has to do, I guess with his secretarial staff.
