Knowledgeable and friendly
It was terrible. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with Dr Shapiro. First time he saw me, he got delayed, it was late and he saw me in a rush. He gave a prescription that was not right, so when I got my glasses, I couldn’t see from close distance. I knew something was wrong, so I called and asked if I would be re-billed for my new visit and I was informed I should NOT be charged for a re-check, but I was!!
