they are very nice people and were very kind to me when i first visited here. I would recommend Dr. Rousso to anybody.
I had many questions pre-surgery that were completely answered. I was treated professionally in all situations and when I had some post surgery issues, they were addressed promptly and completely as well.
I went to 3 different ENTs before being referred to Dr. Rousso. He handled my 'case' in a very professional manner. He knew exactly how to fix my problem and it has been great! The staff is excellent as well.
Dr. Rousso did an excellent job explaining my options and gave me a very realistic opinion of expected outcomes. He and his staff were very personable and professional. Overall, I am more than pleased with my results.
