Dr. Bausch gave me one of the best eye exams I have had in years. He was very professional while also having a refreshing friendly personality. The office was efficient and accommodating .
I have seen this doctor for years and scheduled an appointment over a month ago to get get my eyes checked before surgery. I got a call today that they no longer take my insurance and cannot see me tomorrow. TAll Baystate providers take my insurance. They won't even take cash. The office person told me to go to Walgreens. I cannot begin to express how unprofessional these people are as I have called ten doctors and none are scheduling until September at the earliest. Frankly, this doctor's office s&*ks.
