Do not do business with these two both Daniel and Michael Roberts. My father was a renter in San Francisco for 44 years. He passed away suddenly August 20 23 in the home that’s for list. I his daughter who lives in Northern California am receiving phone calls from perspective, buyers to confirm if my father passed away in the house because it’s not on the discovery. DO NOT RECOMMEND Where do I start?! Daniel and Robert hire contractors to do work on there flips/clients properties. Super nice and easy to deal with - it's all a store front. After doing multiple jobs on multiple properties, always taking pictures of our work, keeping documentation of all the follow up/work performed before and after. After completing 3 properties we faced a difficult challenge with no discrepancies from Robert or Daniel on the work - but for some reason we couldn't collect payment for the work completed.
