Continue to be delighted with our dental care through our dentist Dr. Dernick and our dental hygienist Michele. Regular treatment is thorough and painless. Corrective treatment, though rare for us, is flawless. Administration (e.g., appointment reminders, insurance management) is flawless. Appointments are always right on time, never a wait. Customer service is top notch. Everybody makes a point to get to know you which enhances our dental experiences.
The best thing about Smiles is that they are on time. For those of us who expect to wait hours for our scheduled medical appointment, Smiles is a relief. They see you when they scheduled to see you, so be on time because they are.
The appointments run on time, the care is excellent! They always pay attention to if you are warm enough, what your pain level is and all the staff I have worked with are very friendly. They run a very efficient office!
I called in to schedule an appointment for my son on emergency and I must say that It was such a pleasure talking to Cathy there. She was extremely helpful and made me feel so welcome. Thanks to everyone at Dr. Dernicks office for my recent treatment - partial denture and 5 teeth extracted --- pain free. I just have to get use to talking so it does NOT sound like i have a mouth full of marbles. From the front desk to Mona in the back helping "Doc" to Michele for cleaning my lowers --- truly a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Smiles of Memorial to anyone looking for a new dentist - JOB WELL DONE :)
