My first experience with telemedicine…Dr Bradley is good at it! His friendly manner put my husband and me at ease immediately when he asked about both of us. He explained exactly what’s going on with a silly prop and the various treatment options I might need. He asked if we had questions, listened well and answered thoroughly. Dr. Davila Bradley was polite and explained things clearly. Unfortunately, as the head of the bariatric surgery clinic (which he made sure to tell me), he had a very clear agenda that he would only perform my severe paraesophageal hernia repair in tandem with gastric bypass. Wanted to perform an unnecessary surgery that would have resulted in trading 2 problems for 2 similar problems.. Do your research on anything he suggests.
Very personable and informative. He has a very good bedside manner. I trust him.
Dr. Davila Bradley is truly a wonderful doctor. However their office staff is difficult to negotiate. Every time I call the office I am on hold for a minimum of 12-15 minutes. Very frustrating.
