Old school. Has religious hymns playing. Equipment does not appear to be up to date. Dr. has no personality. He's all business. Front desk staff are very nice. Optician is snooty and condescending.
Dr, Richardson was great. Took his time with us and listened to us. Great Doctor. His office staff is great and very friendly
Worst experience for all 4 of my family. The 2 women at front desk are great after that it goes down hill. Dr Richardson is rude and when he went to fast and confused my 10 year old he acted like she was not answering the correctly on purpose. The lady who does the frames is rude and made us wait to have our written scripts.
Very thorough and professional. The staff was very capable and friendly. All in all it was a favorable experience.
