I called the phone number provided to ask if in order to become a patient would I need a referral or could I just make an appointment. I also wanted to know about accepted insurance, etc. A woman named Patty (spelling?) spoke with an attitude saying she's with a patient and that it'd have to call back another time -very rude hanging up with a slamming of the phone in my ear.
