I had a routine elective procedure with Dr. Daniel Dugi at OHSU years ago and he gave me a HORRIBLE result, like LOWEST 0.1% horrible, and he had no excuse for it. It wasn't even a mistake, he just did an awful, unskilled job. He failed to even acknowledge it or provide help.
