Ive lived here for the past 3 years. All the apartments have or are being remodeled when someone moves out. The building is old and has very squeaky floors, which is very annoying, but Its fairly quiet and easily accessible to the bus stop and Quincy Center. Management at times can be slow to fix things. The building is fairly clean, could be cleaner. Excellent off street parking in the back. I did fall once from the ice in the back parking lot. Ive always felt safe living here.
As a tenant, the apartments are in very poor shape, they never fix things when told, the building is very very old. They need new cabinets, carpets and bathrooms need to be remodeled. The entire building NEEDS to be updated. Management can be very rude at times when complaints are brought to them but other than that they can be nice sometimes. This would be more of a temporary place to stay no longer than 1 year.
