POORLY MANAGED The newest property manager is worst than the last! I've been a 16 year resident, and once loved living here. Unfortunately, everything is going downhill and the management hasn't a clue!! All she knows how to do is send out threatening notices to people. WORST APT IN CINCINNATI Don't move here. They manager is never here especially like her hours state she will be. The maintance men are nice but, due to the complex/owners being so cheap, you don't ever get anything new that your apartment needs. They just drag something old from another building. I have went round and round with Angie the mgr about repairs. And, I get no where. Daniel Court Apartments is AWFUL! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I have been moved in less than a month and have never had such a terrible experience at an apartment complex. The property manager is clueless and knows very little about the apartments she is suppose to be taking care of. The range and a/c is over 20 years old and works as the age. Great place to live While living in this serene, quiet setting, I felt safe and enjoyed the many perks of apartment living. These units have eat in kitchens, laundry hook ups, and their own entrance. They are reasonably priced.
