Zero stars for this guy. Rude, doesn't listen and pushes you out the door with a toxic prescription with no discussion of side effects. I was completely discounted and my concerns scoffed at if heard. Horrible doctor, don't waste your time.
He's very thorough & friendly. He explained what my condition is and the prognosis of what will happen in the future. Any questions I have he answers, his staff is also very friendly and they know what they're doing. All in all I like Dr Chen and his staff and plan on staying with them through this journey.
Dr. Chen has poor personal skills with patients. Causes unwarranted pain during treatment. And presents himself to be "little god syndrome".
He is satisfied, once the pills have control, not really worried about living with, better treatment, and letting the patient have a word in edge wise. Not worried about the patients quality of life!
